Audi RSQ8
full color change- Black to yellow
This Audi came to us originally as gloss black. The customer wanted to do a full color change; he had his mind set on making it yellow. After looking at some swatches, we decided to go with Signal Yellow vinyl from Inozetek. After wrapping the vehicle, anything that wasn't wrapped in signal yellow then received Covrgard clear and carbon paint protection film "ppf".
He also was unhappy with the tint that was originally on his car. Upon further inspection of this tint, the front window tint did not match the back window tint in regard to what quality it was. We ended up doing a de-tint & re-tint using Covrgard ceramic, with 70% on the windshield and factory rear tinted glass, & 15% on the front 2 windows that later came back for 35% so he could show off the interior more. This shows how important quality is!
To finish things off, we did a "wheels off" ceramic coating in Modesta BC09 on the complete wheels and calipers. We also coated the vinyl wrap and ppf in Modesta BCX to give the color of the vinyl optimal longevity. The windshield was then coated with Modesta EGC (exterior glass coating). Final touches for delivery included a light vacuum of all carpets, tire dressing, and a quick wipe down.
