Tesla Model S

This Tesla model S owner contacted us about paint protection film for his daily driver and wanted to do a full matte conversion. He wanted to give this car a new look; a nice, sleek makeover for the car that he would be giving to his kids eventually.  We picked up the vehicle, and after getting it to the shop, and also after a closer look at the car, we realized that clear matte PPF was not going to be a good fit.  (Grey matte was really what the customer wanted, but had forgotten to mention the "grey" part during our original conversation.)  There were some minor scratches and dings around the car, especially being almost 10 years old, but what was most concerning was a small quarter sized area on the passenger side where the clear coat had chipped away.  Upon further inspection, after finding more damage than expected, we contacted the customer to discuss further options.  We suggested a full color change with vinyl rather than PPF to stay within our customers budget, while still giving them that matte grey look they asked for.  Our customer also asked to have all the chrome to be covered in gloss black.  The final product came out looking exceptional; the matte grey gives this car such a sleek look, just like our customer was looking for.  Once everything was finished, we trailered the car down to Virginia for drop off to our customer.  We love to see our customers happy at the end of the day!
